Tuesday, August 5, 2008 16:11I have been rather busy catching up with life or is it the other way around and I have sort of neglected my blog and my magazine rather more than I would like to. I hope that this life leaves me to myself for a little while since I have quite a lot of blog posts resident in my head and notebook that ought to be articled and posted for your now super hungry eyes since I have fed them a steady diet of no posts for quite a long while, how long shall soon be determined when I hit publish and go look at the post on the blog.
I have had people on my back who shall remain nameless, though I told her I prefer to be in front but indeed she pays me no heed and just does pretty much as she wishes, clamouring for a post, and me here having none to post, really. For those who are also complaining about navigation of headFIRST, i am in the process of shooting a tutorial [headFIRST for dummies] to using the magazine layout and its little intricacies.
I finally did catch quite a number of movies whose reviews shall shortly be up at headfirst and a disappointing watch of The Dark Night last night at the Nu-Metro theatre at The Junction Shopping centre where sound kept making an appearance on occasion when it was really not required, at points relevant to the plot of the movie all I could hear was rumbling and mumbling. Not good at all, and four hundred shilling out.

dark knight! don’t think i should get started with my ramblings on that. thoroughly disappointing although heath ledger’s performance was good

Any thought I had of watching Dark Knight has gone. Oh well. Anyway I was just going to see if Aaron Earhart (sp) is still as cute as he was in the past.

Pole about the sound at Nu Metro - I watched Dark Knight on Sunday and I was thoroughly impressed.
I am not a huge action flick dude but this movie is special, no wonder the box office success and movie goers & critical acclaim. make sure you catch it with sound on the big screen.

I was on the edge of my seat till somewhere almost 3/4 way through the movie the sound was becoming worse by the second till i could stand it no more, i was pissed to no end. the movie is superb.

It was all that and more. I think we all just decided to love it cuz the star of the movie is deceased. Byut I was so disappointed with it. Plus, it should have been shorter. By about an hour.

The movie was great infact it was awesome to the max! but Numetro decided to spoil the feast a repeat viewing is a must and definately will be adding the DVD to my collection as soon as it is released.
